I just reach the part of the game where I already have a 2nd rank Summon, anyone pls. tell me how to summon the 2nd Rank Summon....

You do it just like you do a level one.
Must have license bought on LP board. Then open Mist menu like you would do a lvl 1 or a Quickening/mist knack with the character who has the license for the summon. Then select summon option. It will appear here just like a lvl 1 summon, but with 2 lvl markers (the little yellow circles).
Also, I am not sure, but you may have to have a lvl 2 quickening as well, to get a level 2 mist charge. I spent an afternoon plaing in the mines in Buhjerba killing the undead simply to get lvl 3 quickenings for all my charachters when they were about level 30 or so, so i dont know if the summon is shown in the menu if dont have 2 mist charges.
