The cart train part on insane was pretty intense, hopefully this helps. To kill the Exploding Wretches, run up towards the screaming wretch, but keep some distance. Take out your shotgun, then blow away the first wretch, he'll explode a couple seconds later and take 2 or 3 with him, if you time it right. Then run for the door ahead of you with you shotgun and it will bottleneck them down making them an easier target. Then turn through the next door and there should be just one more left.

Ok i have a question on act 5 how do u defeat that big guy with the kryll sheild on the train?

Question, not about game hints, I have beaten the game, so i know how to do everything, but i do have a question about online play, I Want to know how you play online with a guest, because i don't want to dish out another $60 a year, just so when my friend comes and plays occasionaly. I have seen someone online that had his name with a (1) on it so i assume it can be done, PLEASE HELP

At the versus menu(player matches.) press y and have your friend sign in as no profile.

That's general raam, the final boss in the game. Pump rounds of torque bow in sniper into him, when he comes near you grenade tag him from behind cover and hop back(not into darkness, dont let the kryll kill you.) and that should be enough, on insane my only advice is do that but co-op.

Ok, i have no idea how people do that, just make a trial gold account(premium console comes with free 1 month of gold.) or just keep experimenting. Ask some people that do it or something on your recently player list.

Never MInd, i actually dound out, u have to click on player matches, then you log in for a GamerTag, if you go to the bottom of the list, it will say Guest, just for future references
