where do u get the novelty masks from to unlock that achievement?

It's easiest to perform that achievement in Paradise Plaza. Visit Ye Olde Toybox and Child's Play to find some bear head masks, horse head masks, and servbot head masks. Just grab them and start placing them on zombies.
There's also some goblin head masks and bear head masks in Entrance Plaza. Check Children's Castle.

How do yo ukill carlito when iim like a level 5 and only have a handgun with 10 shots? note:this is the case when you have to save the doc.
