I couldnt found that place where to buy car like most wanted before. Does anyone know how to buy car? or need to active something to get it unlock?

Go to Free Roam mode and then go to World Map. Find a dealership icon on the map and select it and then pick Jump To Car Lot. You can then buy a car from the screen. You will be driving it automatically when you leave the car lot.
