The Bloodsword is bought in Rabanastre for 5000 and the Ribbon is deep in Hemmes Mines in a treasure chest. you have to have ten espers and talk to the Geomancer Yugelu in Jahara to even get in there. It's on the way to kill the esper Zodiark. A Vishno in the Pharos will sometimes drop one when defeated and a 99 level Red Chocobo will also.
What the is the difference between a yellow and red chocobo? Are there any other colors?

hi i need a suggested level for dr. cid i am about to get into the laboratory and all my characters are on level 34+ and i dont know but i think i will die when i face him. advice?
well i was level 50 when i beat him, just go around kicking the crap out of the rooks and then face Dr. Cid. When you finally get to him get his health to about 60% and then chain the quickenings and once you get his life to 25% then the battle ends.
And the answer to the King-Bomb question is beat him down as much as you can then before he calls for help, chain a bunch of Quickenings on him and he should go down. Also make sure you have the best weapons.
