yea, it depends on your starter pokemon, and you can only find one, and then trade for the others.

if u choose (charmander.bulbasure.squirtle) as your starter and make him lv50 but dont evolve him then after u beat the pokemon league one of the legndry dos will apper in the wild but that rely on the pokemon u choos in the beginning.
