how do you get in to divison 47

Starting in Paradise Place...start walking down the right street...and enter Dead Tree...then walk past the lady selling stuff on the street..and you will see another road..and that leads to Division 47. Make sure you have completed all the stuff at the Kine Dairy and what not before you enter. I think that's it. It has been a while since I've played. Hope that helps.
