Create one new trainer for the 1.01 version ?

The game has two patchs out there 1.01 and 1.02 and only a trainer for the 1.0 version.

Version 1.0 has serious DRM problems and won't even run on my system without being patched. V1.02 needs a trainer.

I found this on a Russian site. Maybe it will do ya until a proper trainer materializes.

Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse cheat codes:
Create a text file in the directory with stubbs.exe called init.txt
and enter the following information into the text file:

cheat_deathless_player 1
cheat_infinite_ammo 1

Save and play!

These 2 cheats enable infinite life (life meter will still go down)
and infinite ammo (ammo will still go down). enjoy.

Not as fun as a proper trainer, but for barebones freestyle unlimited play, those cheats should do the trick. Myself, I like to experiment with the AI in ways that usually only trainers can offer.

The thing about Stubbs, and why it needs an up-to-date trainer, is because there's really no other game like it. It's an instant classic, and when you get in the mood to control armies of undead, sadly there's noplace else to turn.

I like the comedic aspect of it, but I do long for a game in the same genre that takes itself seriously, which is why I wish it was modifiable.

There are times when I've wished for a really good undead pandemic mod for San Andreas, but of course that's the other way 'round.
