Two in Mt. Moon, One in the Rocket hideout in Celedon, and one from the guy who you give the meteorite to.

Oh yea. On those 7 islands, You know how Celio or whatever gives you that metorite to give to the guy that runs the game place? he trades it for a moon stone (after you rescue his daughter from the berry forest).
