After getting the genocider achievement do I have to finish the game to get the gun or does it apper already?
What does it mean to survive for 7 days; is that in 72 hour mode?

1.you have to beat the game...with any ending
2.survive for 7 days is in infinity mode only...and its hard as hell

beat the game on any ending then the mega blaster will be in the security room. it has 300 or 500 shots, i forgot which one. and the 7 days is in infinity mode which you unlock by getting the true ending.
