Alrighty, I'm starting a new game, to help me out in my FAQ I'm writing. The team i've decided on is this:
Marshtomp Sharpedo Flygon Absol Aggron Crobat
Usually I dont spot flaws in my teams untill its too late
So if anyone can spot one now or an improvement i'd appreciate it
Oh and I know Marshtomp & Sharpedo share a weakness to grass, but I got that covered, and there's hardley any strong grass trainers anyway.

Looks good except for the fact that Sharpedo has the weakest defense in the game... You should replace it with a strong fire pokemon, like Torkoal or Blaziken.
Also, if you are starting a new game, how will you get that type of team?

This is how i plan to get them, and i've got them all except Absol now. Mudkip as starter pokemon obviously Sharpedo -Evolved my Carvahna which I got as soon as I got the Good Rod Aggron -Evolve my Lairon which I evolved from an Aron (which i got in that cave at Dewport) Crobat -Evolve Golbat which i evolved from the Zubat i caught in the same cave Flygon -Evolve from Vibrava(sp?) which i'll evolve from the Trapinch I caught in the desert Absol -On whatever that Route is after Fortree City Like that.
Yea Sharpedo is pretty weak... but he looks alright I'll get a Gardeviour(sp?) Just gotta train up my level 5 ralts, lol.
Oh and i made sure they were all female being a male trainer. They like you better apparently, and since my Golbat wanted to evolve straight after becoming one, i'd say it works alright lol.
