After you awaken Rayquaza, FLY to Sootopolis. When you arrive a scene will occur. Kyogre and Groudon will still be fighting, Rayquaza will then arrive and stop them. Then the rain and sunshine stop and they all disappear. Go talk to Maxie and Archie at the Gym and they both disappear. Now talk to Wallace and he gives you HM 07 Waterfall.

Hey I REALLLYYY need some serious help. I haven't played this game in ages,but i'm playing now. Now i'm stuck cuz i don't remember what i was doing. I have the blue orb, have been to sootopolis, have 8/9 badges, don't have waterfall, and haven't been able to get to evergrande. someone pleez help me get on track.
