its a staff available from rindirs staffs in the imperial market district for around 10,000 gold, alot but its worth it!

33 fire dmge, 33 frost dmge and 33 shock damage.
ive yet to find an enemy that it cant kill in 1 hit. only downside is that it only has 10 charges
