Are you absolutely sure that there is a sign in santa monaca? Because there is a sign that you have to get in east la.

yea, but if its in east L.A you gatta use the kicker to jump high, then in the air you swich to walk and then before you land u gatta run up the wall, jump up (not away from the wall) and press the run button again to shimmey.
