in dive spots where the ground is dark on some beaches and in rocks.if you have played enough you know what im talking about.

in rocks on the bottom of the sea--hardest
from people--medium
on 40% of ludvisc--easiest(mainly near Ever Grande City's waterfall)

On Route 126 theres a patch of shallow water with a Bird Trainer on it, use item finder and it'll tell you theres an item near by, its in front of the trainer. Its a Heart Scale.

Just catch the heart pokemon that looks like a heart it will be sometimes be holding a heart scale or you could use theif to steal it. You can find it by the HUGE waterfall that you will eventually have to go up.
