u know, i am playing the game for the third time and well.... i am stuck. ok, uhh i cant go on the boat to palmacosta and i cant go through hanoska peak HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Did you go over the bridge toward Hima before going to Izoold. If that's the case go to Hima and Luin and such places first. You're going to go through the Tower of MANA and Balacruf Mausoleum and the Asgard Human Ranch before you can get to Palmacosta.
