no you will finaly get to go in the underground thing and their is some in there. and the one i even strugled on was the one place where you have to take the train to get there and then you get on the train that goes throu the town then wait on there then you jump on the leadge then you get a tresure chest.

There are a few hidden ones in Sunset Station.
Like bubba said, get on top of the trolly that moves back and forth to get the ones on the roof tops.
And then there was one that I could never find in some corner right next to where the trolly moves.
Also, look in the underground caverns things.
Look in the station itself, there are about 4 or 5 treasures there.
