i don't know about the cheats but my savefile is about to be released tomorrow (Nov. 13) which has all guerrilla weapons unlocked at almost starting (i.e. 4th mission) of the game. So then you can play the rest of the game with MAKO OCRA (the rocket launcher) or Grenade launcher or Machine Gun whatever you like. And you can have all the bombs at any of the Rioja Settlement. Off-the-topic - I have unlocked all rioja safehouses, too. so you can use the Fully Armoured Tank at RIOJA07 which has gun and rocket with UNLIMITED AMMO and which takes much longer to be destroyed.
