Perfect Gunner Achievement! on Dead Rising XBox 360 Message Board - Page 1

I have went down into the Butcher area and I had 2 SMG. I fired all of the bullets in both guns at the hanging meat and still did not earn the award.

What else can I do that will unlock this award?

You cant thave SMGs. When it says Machine Gun, it means the guns that Special Forces carry around.

So the shooting the meat will work if I have a Machine Gun.

Ok, it has been a while since I played this game, but I'm pretty sure this is how it is done. I may be wrong though.

Try to get the real ending and if you don't know how there is a walkthrough that tells you how. Follow it and you will see a cinematic in which special forces soldiers storm the mall and start shooting zombies. From now on, where ever you go there will be a certain number of Special Forces guys there. The easiest way to kill them is to have at least 2-4 small chainsaws. And the three books to go along with them. I did this several times.

The machine gun and the small chainsaws are the best weapons in the game.
