88MM AA on Silent Hunter 3 PC Message Board - Page 1

I see when im using the 105MM or 88MM secondary armament, the AA shell option....i click it, but im still shooting HE, AP or SS. how do i get AA shells? is it some armament you slelect before you leave for patrol? 🤔

It's darker than the rest, signifying you have no shells of this type. AA guns have no AA shells either....worrying. I love that twin M40 rapid-reload gun. Superb.

LOL the deck guns do not have AA shells only HE, AP and SS

hey!

patch up to 1.4 @ the patch scrolls.run it. the when you get on the gun (F10) roll the mouse button foward. the ammo will be on the right and marked. sb,starburst-aa,anti aircraft and he,heavy explosive, and ap,armor piercing. click on one and wait for it to be loaded.make sure you have three petti officers on the gun . they load quicker and if you turn it over to them there better shots. cool?....see ya
