I'm in the Georian Defense Ministry, my mission is completed. All that is left is to rendezvous with Jr. Wilkes in the basement parking garage. The elevator only takes you to the first or the 7th floors. On the first floor there are only 2 doors, one is a closet and the other doesn't open. On the 7th floor all but 2 doors are dead ends. The 2 non dead end doors lead you to 2 roof tops with no way to get down. One of the roof tops has a empty elevator shaft which looks like it lead to the basement parking garage. But there is no way of going down it without killing yourself. What am I missing? I have been up and down on the elevator and checking all the rooms on the first and 7th floor and can't find a way out of this building. I need help

hang on the ledge and jump.repeat until at bottom. i wish i've of known this sooner

You can also go to the empty elevator shaft and jump over to the pipe against the back wall to slide all the way to the bottom.
