OK but if I told my friends I was fighting a Wyrm they'd be all "Why can't you kill a bug?". Does everyone who plays this game get stuck on Evrae? Everyone I know did and it took me at least two weeks to get a good strategy!

On my NSG game I started the battle by using Banishing Blade and a Silver Hour Glass, then I pulled back and attacked from a distance until it's HP was under 20, 000 then I used a Sunburst (mix two Underdog's Secrets) to finish it.
IMO the monks afterwards where harder.

He is really tough unless your either incredibly strong, he wasn't too hard for me b/c i had level 3 spells and that makes all the difference

I had to get Kimarhi dispel and mixed items for eccentrik. Tidus, Lulu and Wakka's overdrives are effective on him (/her?). I used water gems that I stole too!
