where the heck is the maintenece tunnel key? I dont have it. i dont know when your suppose to get it either or where to get it.
Please help......it would be greatly appreciated.

Head for the northwest section of Leisure Park (near Wonderland Plaza) to get to the Parking Garage. The tunnel there will lead you down into the Maintenance Tunnels. Go to the middle dead end of the Maintenance Tunnels and enter the Warehouse through that door at the dead end. The key will be in the back of that warehouse. There is also a Submachine Gun in there.
You can get it anytime after you can go out into the mall. Also, after Case 7-2, be sure to return to that same area for an extra cutscene.

What help does it do? What's on the other side of the doors you need the key for?

It helps you to get to certain areas of the mall faster. It really helps during the last few cases. If you go through the door in Paradise Plaza, you will enter the area that is next to a white car, so you can use that to drive wherever you need to in the Maintenance Tunnels.
