if you want to get promoted use the fill all motives cheat and go to work reply if you can do this cheat

I tries it twice an it didn't work. You have to get the skills and friends you need first. Fill all motives only puts you in a good mood.

The fill all motives cheat works. But it wont get you promoted! You have 2 have a certain number of friends and a certain skill level to get promoted. The motives just brings ure sim to work in a good mood, but if it doesnt have the requirements to get promoted then u just wont get promoted. U should already know that by the way.
