alright, i can help, but im not really sure what you're up to.
to get the ticket you beat the elite four and then go see professor elm and he hands it over, then you go to the boat in Olivine City and catch it
it ends up at Vermillion in Kanto, so you beat Lt. Surge and all that, then go north to Saffron City, beat Sabrina, then go east to Lavender Town, the radio tower there wont work cos the powers out, so you go north and through the Rock Tunnel, then surf and follow the water around to the power station, go in and find the manager and he tells you a bits missing, so then go back to where the water begins and this time travel west to Cerulean, go in the gym, some rocket guy comes out, then go to the bridge that leads north to the cape, and you'll fight him, then go back to the gym, the machine part is hidden in the middle four squares of water, just surf around and press A on them and you should find it. then you go back to the power station and hand over the part, then head back to the radio tower in Lavendar Town, and get a new radio card from the manager, then head all the way back to Vermillion, then east to the diglett tunnel where a snorlax is sleeping. Change the radio station to "pokeflute" and wake up the snorlax, where you can capture or defeat it, whichever. Now go through the diglett tunnel and you should end up just south of Pewter City, and then go north and voila, there you are.
