ok i whant a help about the mountains of all of taht...(well its in chorrol) ok when you are 2 part of mountains kind of that i read the note what give me that women (one high elf maybe..)
and they appear nothin but i read all and i going there again to the montains its says to i need cast a spell what is a spark...

you know your not going to get any answers acting this way you do know there is a guide book right? I suggest go to walmart if you want one in your area and get it. It proves very useful.

You are in Fingers of Mount Quest part 2. Easy o Go to Cloud Top (again) and witha Welkynd Stone in inventory cast a shock spell at pillar. You get zapped (so Shock shield would be helpful) and geta new spell that 2 levels above your current destruction level (Spell is in your spell listing)

make sure ur health is below 70, then use a touch spell that has shock damage on the pillar on the mountain.

You coud use a target shock spell and you make sure that you have a welykid stone in your inventory, and that your health is above 70(150-120 will do)
