when your about to go SS4 and your hair goes long but your clothes are still changing, you pause and waitt to finish hearing what he says then you restart....go SS2 and press the ki charge buttons and then let go when your about to change to SS2 and youl have yellow SS4 hair and your regular clothes

and would this make vegeta go SS3 ?

ssj3 vegeta iznt even in the program hes never been seen so if u can get him great but my budokai 3 iz to scratched to play

man i feel for you the same tihng happened to me but then i rented the same game from a rentin place and i gave them the scratched version and kept theirs
