i got through the ice caves but i was wondering how you are meant to get the dragon licence thing to go into the next cave once you get there?

I think you have to beat the gym leader and will then you are allowed to enter the cave.

uhm...where is the other of the two guys that can do a haircut?

I used Gameshark to get unlimited masterballs, but they took place of my bike and I don't have it anymore. It was fine for a while but now I can't get to Fuchsia because I need to use the bike on the road. There is no other way to get there. Using the "always on bike" cheat doesn't help either. Is there any way I can get my bike back?

If you travel south from Lavendar Town you can follow the path to Fuschia and enter from the other side
