There are this round rock looking things with a something that looks like a clock..and it blocks..when I go up to it it says ..a pokemon can break this..how do i break it?

Celebi: cant get it unless you go to a nintendo event or cheat

Breakables: You need the move Rock Smash

umm in the basment where you are suppose to get the director..i tried all the combinations and door wouldnt open so i could get to the farthes corner? help

Well to get to the Elevator you need to press them in this order:
3, 2, 1
3 being the furthest away from the stairs where you come in.

Rock Smash can be gotten from a guy who is standing around near where you found Sudowoodo (however you spell it)
Also I think it can be bought from Celedon Department Store in the TM's section

major struggle , but the ice path :| honestly..can you actually get passed it ?

Yea, its possible. If you have a look at the pokemon crystal walkthrough Link there is specific directions on how to get past it. Its the same in Crystal as Gold/Silver.

Alright I have a few questions:
-What do the Silver and Rainbow wings do?
I have them both and they seem to be important.
-How do you get to Cinnabar Island? There is blockage in the road or something when I try to get there from Fuschia City.
-There are two Gym Leaders in Kanto that aren't in the gyms. One is Viridian City, and one is Saffron City. Saffron City has like two gyms, one that I beat, and another that says Fighting Dojo. It says that guy is in a cave in Johto, but I don't know where.
-How do I get into the upper floors of the Silph Co. Building?

Alright, that's all I need to know.
