How do you really do scud bug people keep doing it on me I dont know how and the way its posted on here doesnt work

You start by building a scudstorm (note: it dose not have to be fully constructed to use this cheat ex. 15%) next select the scud storm and press Q. Press and hold ctrl and select where you want it to fire and it will not stop until you tell it to.

This is Old way it doest work at all anymore whats the new way does anyone know the hold Q and Ctrl thing doesnt work
