Dungeon Siege 2: Broken World Message Board  

there is a puzzle in a cave thats in the elves forest after amalu' that involves a man trapped inside some beams I have done the forsat 2 but cannot do the thirs has anyone figured this one out yet?

I'm at the same point in the game. I figured out the first two puzzles and have been trying for over an hour on the third. If anyone out there can offer some help that would be awesome.

The first puzzle was easy. The second puzzle took a bit. The third puzzle...It is not being very friendly. It all involves countering the light beams so they eventually turn themselves off. I do not know if it is possible to keep track of ones movements in this area.

yeah I too am on the third one, i get all but 1 of the lights out, I have taken a break from it and moving onward for now.

I wish I could tell you how I did it. All I can say is those two lights up in the right are the last two to turn off. The fourth puzzle is something only the Devil himself could of dreamed up twice the lights all criss crossed and joined to at least four other lights. I do not think I will bother. They never give you anything good anyways. I mean if it was another charector or a nice machine gun... Oh well. Good luck.
