Can you tell me were rose excactly is? please.

Please help me!!!I'm at level 6,and my objective is to register again to all the competitions I've already done (but they'll be harder),so I would be able to continue the missing renovations and make my own competition.But I can't register to the competitions although I've alrady bought the clothes,and the new saddle,I found all the flowers the vet needed etc.When I click to the "Registration" in the office,nothing's happen...I tried to go everywhere,but I can't find anybody to talk to!!!Please help me if you can!!!Thanks very much!!!(Sorry for the mistakes,my english isn't so good)

I need help I am at the part were someone took or did somthin to all the horses cuz there is only one left. They have a quad bike. It says you have to catch them but how??
