After completing the game for the first time,begin a new game,press start and select "load game".
select the file that is marked "clear",once you choose that file,you'l be taken to a menu where you can buy the infinite rocketlauncher for 1 million pesetas.

or u can beat adas side mission to get the tommy gun beat the game on pro and gte the laser cannon or beat the othe rmode and get the handcannon but thats real hard

its not easy being this extreamly good looking
