how to you train the crew when you are using instant movie making in sandbox mode?

i was wondering this too my movies keep getting only 2 or 3 stars because i get awful crew rating

There is no way to train them. They will eventually gain experience, when they make movies. The best way to train them, is to make really long movies, about 39-47 scenes long

But that is only manageable, if you have "Crew Train" setting on in Sandbox, or playing the real thing...

That doesn't work though since it is instant movie making, the crew gets no experience, thats why I was wondering how you can get experience for the crew in instant movie making!
