what i did was when i went across the dirt bridge, i jumped on to the train and killed the gang members .
(the birdge is on the dirt trail)

all you do is go to the far side pf the rail then big smoke will fire at them you cannot even go to the outside of the tunnel

what i did was i just got off on a hill around the dirt track and shot them off with ak 47

If you use cheats then you should enter the weapon cheat then ace ahead of the train, and get off the bike just before the tunnel the train goes under, AK47 is good for killing dudes off quickly with good aim or you could use the rocket launcher which could take the dudes out if you get a couple of good shots.
