im tryin 2 find kyrouge n groudon. do u have 2 defeat the elite 4 first and where can i find them? i already caught rayquaza and got the 8th badge. (but have not yet beat the elite 4). WHAT DO I DO ??? 🤔 🤔

in order to find them, u have to beat the Elite Four.once u do that, go to the weather instatute and talk to the guy on the second floor. he'll tell u theres a major drough or rainfall. if drough, look for a cave for Groudon. if rainfall, look underwater for a cave with Kyogre.make sure u save before u battle them, so just in case they faint, u can battle them over.

u can catch both groudon and kyogre, when u caught 1 of dem, go bak to weather institute and talk to same man den u can find groudon or kyogre.
