your in the saphire section next time try emerald
To get Lati@s you have to beat the elite four then go to your house and watch t.v It will say their was a pokemon with the color of bzzz flying around or somthing like that. your mom will ask what color the pokemon was If you say blue you can get Latios if red Latias. After that whicheverone you chose will appear randomly througout hoenn.
