does anyone know if you have to be next to someone to be able to play multiplayer or can you just be a state or two away PLEASE HELP ME!!!

The PSP uses a wlan, you need to be within a certain range, that range is like... well... you can only play with people that are basically right next you, across the road is probably the limit for playing with your mates :P
