ok i ordered the food and took the turkey to feed to the plant but now i cant get the butter... i even tried reordering food.... any suggestions???

Did you order "Uncle Fred and Johnny Rutter" with your food? That's slang for "bread and butter".

once you get the butter then put it in the keyhole by janes door and put the key in and it will be able to turn then these steps will appear and you have to solve the puzzle above her door!!! good luck
