on ps2 there is a mission around wen it deals wit the black widows it says go find muton in hollywood,downtown,beverly hills,and santa monica but i don't know where he is at all,could u help me

He is the guy that you do the graffiti tags with. Just follow the Spray Can on the top of your screen if you cant find him. Or just look on the map.
