Since the board I went to are idiots and won't answer my question, could someone tell me how I can obtain the Frost Stone? I have every single item except for that one, but I can't seem to find it.

Kill the Hot Rods in the timeless river if you want the frost stone also kill the aeroplane. Hope it helps
