nope that's with junkman too. top speed doesn't doesn't usually change by a great deal unless the bar was low to begin with. The lambourghini murceilago had a high top speed bar to begin with

ur-backyard, how can you say the Mustang is an ugly car. The porsches are way uglier! You just need the eye of a designer to make it look perdy, like I do! It's got a nice sound and if you put the right body kit and things on, it has the look of a muscle car! I'm not saying it's the best car in the game (the Viper is the best), but I am saying it's not ugly!
