at the end of each level, there is a outro video in a certain spot of the level. if you are smart enough to find the spot, there should be at least 1 wall to tag. so at the end of a story mode level, right when you get the text message, hit EXIT, not LETS GO NOW! once you hit exit un-pause the game and tag around the place the video should be. and look 4 your tag in the video!

THANKS man!, it works, i didnt think it would. in the 3ed story mode level, if you can get on top of that huge tv, you can tag above it, too.
