u will get it after u have talked to josef after saving his daughter, u have to mention goddess bell to him he will tell u about the whereabouts of his snowcraft, then he will join your party and accompany u to Semmit Falls and then search the walls near the blue rock to find the snowcraft

Its not in just any wall though. You nkow the blue rock that you probably thought was the mythril on the first level? Well examine that and go right. A secret passageway. You WILL find the snowcraft.
