she's by the palace gates, but most of the doors leading there are blocked off. you have to go to the alleyway where you first found her, and hop along the wooden ledges. it will lead you to a door where jafar and jasmine are. (i'm a little fuzzy on the details, but after i go back and check how to get there, i'll tell u). be prepared to fight a bunch of heartless if you get there.
