Step One - Hold Ctrl + Shift + C then type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true in the box. Step Two - Go to a newpaper. Hold Shift as you click it. Step Three - Click on the bubble that comes up that changes you job. And finally then click on the bubble that changes your job level from 1-10. And Voila, you have your Sim's dream job!
