I want to know, where can I find the best armor and/or swords which is the best place to find such armor and blades?

Did you find the umbra sword? Or go to oblivion and try to get armor or swords.

i found that findin or buying armor is crud. i like to buy some basic clothin and mod it. modify a shirt trousers gloves hat 2 rings and an amulet with a fully charged grand soul gem with sheild at the enchanting alter in the arcane university. each gives u about 8-15% resistance to all, then mod some shoes with water walking. im only lvl 10 with my new character and he takes nearly no damage from attacks.
whilst i was exploring cyrodill a while ago i found a enchanting alter in the middle of a forest, it didnt appear on the map and i cant find it though has anyone else seen this
