ok, i have beat the game, im about level 60 and beaten sephiroth and havent gotten fenrir. hes supposed to give right? do you know what to do so i can get the best weapon?

Did you find cloud? Did you go back to sephiroth after you talked to cloud in the market place? DID YOU?
Also, Fenrir is only the best weapon in strength but the best weapon over all is the Ultima weapon which is synthesised in moogle shops.

yea i got it now. fenrir is also the longest key you can get.
