yeah just got the game and im at the creepy wee town of innsmouth or something and im kind of disapointed with the whole of the action in the game so far, im wondering if i continue does the action start to pick up or is it all horror and puzzles because on the box it said it was and action horror and ive yet to be impressed can anyone help ??

I completely agree with you. I am about 3 hours into the game and just at the place called "where fishmen attack" or something of the sort. It is great when you have absolutely no weapons to defend yourself with but you are allowed to pick up ammo along the way. I think I really got suckered out of my money for this game.

I cannot agree more with the both of you.
The story seems to have more yaking than action.
What do you think we should do? Abandon or carryon. Its kind of boring after awhile.
I am on to Visit the Old Town and thinking whether I should go on.

im on the fishermans attack mission you have to runinto rooms lock doors and stuff to get away but i still cant do it as your running down corridors you have people shooting at you as you pass eact window the onley thing you can do is use morphine as you also have somone behind you chaseing you with a fire axe(not one of the crappy little hatchets they have at begining) i have to give this game
