u may be able to get mew by beating the elite 4 12 times and going into cerulean cave or victory road. celebi should be found after u catch mew. i tried it, but the action replay messed up my hall of fame so i don't know if it for sure works.

i don't know many ar codes but i will try to get that code up 4 u. and why do u need infinite rubies and sapphires?
